Information
We ship all orders via 4PX Tracking, a reliable and trackable shipping service. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched and check the order through my account under TRACKING can see your tracking number, when you click it can check the shipping status at any time. 4PX also offers you the chance to schedule your preferred delivery window on the 4PX platform, ensuring your package arrives when it suits you best.
The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is typically 8-16 business days, depending on your location.
You may be contacted by 4PX Tracking with a request for additional information in order to comply with local customs laws and requirements. Please provide them with the required information to ensure they are able to clear your order from customs.
ONLINE-CUSTOMIZE insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until delivery. A signature is required for all goods delivered, at which time responsibility for your purchased goods passes on to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself (e.g. gifts), you accept their signature as evidence of delivery and transfer all liability over to them. ONLINE-CUSTOMIZE is not responsible for lost items once a package has been delivered and signed off.

While we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase, we understand that returns may be necessary in some cases.
We accept returns of full price items within 35 days of the delivery date for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
All items must be returned in perfect new-like resalable condition, unused, and with the original package (including boxes and dust bags) with tags and protective film still attached on the hardware (metal hardware may not show any scratches). We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are worn, damaged, not in their original packaging or missing any packaging.
ONLINE-CUSTOMIZE reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements. If your return is not accepted, it can be sent back to you at your own expense and no refund will be issued.
Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase. Returns postmarked outside of the 35 day policy are ineligible for a refund but can be processed for an online store credit.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return or to exchange your ONLINE-CUSTOMIZE bag, please write us an e-mail at returns@online-customize.com, mentioning your Order # in the subject line and reason for return. We’ll respond promptly with next steps to manage your return and will provide a label to return your bag.
Exchanges
If you would like to change the color, size or style you have ordered, please contact us at
returns@online-customize.com to start the exchange process. ONLINE-CUSTOMIZE can either arrange for a refund or voucher to allow you to place a new online order of the bag of your choice. Please note that the $ 15 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

I ordered 5 shirts for 4 different people. When I received them they looked great. The quality was impressive for the price. Unfortunately they were too small for everyone. They definitely did not fit true to size. I contacted the seller and let them know. I explained I loved them, but they did not fit anyone. They immediately offered to send me replacement shirts. I ordered 2 sizes bigger than normal for everyone and they fit great. I was happy when I received them and they fit everyone and looked great! Great shirts, great customer service

A good friend of mine is an artist, and I wanted to help get his images seen. I went with this product, but didn’t have a lot of high expectations. I can say that I was impressed with the quality of the fabric and the job done on the design. They got the colors right, the image is perfect, and I am happy to wear it out and about. I had expected to pay more than I did for the custom T-shirt, especially since it was only one and not bulk, but the price is cheap enough that you can get a few of them and not break the bank. The customization process is a little clunky, but if that could be improved , it would be ideal. I’ve already ordered a second one and plan on getting more with other designs on them. Lots of fun to wear a custom shirt at a good price that is actually a quality product.

Good quality shirt itself. The print isn’t quite a print, it seems to be an iron on, but very flexible and comfy. The design itself is slightly blurry but again for the price you really can’t complain. In the end I’m very happy with my purchase, and am already planning on having another shirt made. Thank you very much!

I love this product! It’s soft, made of non-cheap material, and 100% worth your money. Although, there is one small issue. I bought this a couple months ago, around mid-october. When It arrived the colors were bright and bold! Though recently, I’ve noticed the colors begin to fade. Perhaps it may be the way i’m washing it- I’m not sure. It’s not a large problem though! The image is still surely visible, readable, etc. I thought this shirt was wonderful.

This is by far one of the best quality t-shirt custom print I have ever had. Also the quality of the shirt is amazing! I wear my shirt often to show off my news small business but also because it is soo darn comfortable!! Also it holds up well to being laundered. No bleeding of color, no shrink, and no pealing of the decals!!! I will be buying more!

I ordered two different custom designs and was a little concerned after I committed because the price seemed on the low side and I wanted quality. As can be seen from the photos of the two shirts that arrived the transfers were vivid and absolutely true to the photos that I uploaded.
The material is 100% cotton, but a bit on the thin side. That is probably why the price was lower than other similar shirts. I am not complaining – the shirts fit perfectly even after an initial washing, and are absolutely comfortable. One thing to note: other brand shirts that I have recently purchased have tags that easily tear off; these have tags that are permanent unless you cut them off. Not an issue for me, but I wanted to mention it.
My shirts shipped with a page explaining direct-to-garment ink, but no washing instructions. I did a little research and found that you need to wash your shirts inside out on delicate cycle using cold wash and rinse settings. Also, do not use pods or detergent that contain bleach, nor use softener. Also avoid dryers if possible and hand the shirts to dry. Use air dry if you must use a dryer and do not use dryer sheets.
There was minimal shrinkage after washing and drying per above, and the colors remained as vivid as when I received the shirts.
The first two arrived within eleven days of my ordering them (the shirts came from California and I am in Florida). I was so pleased that I ordered an additional shirt, but it has not arrived as of the time of this review and has exceeded the fulfillment time. I may have been lucky on the first order.

This is the third shirt I have ordered from this company, and I am very impressed. The quality of the pictures turned out a lot better than expected. Pictures are vivid and bright, and shirt fits great!
